In 2007, AGRI Industries, Inc. was formed as a corporation to carry on the business formed over 100 years ago when a group of Midwestern coop elevators banded together to compete with businesses in the agricultural arena as a farmer owned cooperative.
As the successor to American Grain and Related Industries (a Farmer-owned Cooperative), AGRI Industries, Inc. continues to serve its local cooperative stockholders through its mission of offering our stockholders the opportunity to participate profitably in food packaging business.
