AGRI Industries, Inc., through its subsidiaries and joint ventures, engages in the businesses of purchasing, transporting, storing and selling grain; food processing and packaging; and leasing equipment and buildings to others.
In 2007, AGRI Industries, Inc. was formed as a corporation to carry on the business formed over 100 years ago when a group of Midwestern grain farmers banded together to compete with businesses in the agricultural arena as a farmer owned cooperative.
As the successor to American Grain and Related Industries (a Farmer-owned Cooperative), AGRI Industries, Inc. continues to serve its local cooperative stockholders through its mission of offering our stockholders the opportunity to participate profitably in multiple levels of the food business, from grain marketing to packaged product.
